speaker back covers

Can anyone point me in the right direction or give me a name for these things, someone told me about some covers to put on the back of the speakers up in my e-box, makes them sound better when the Electronic's box door is open, and keeps crap from getting in the backside of the speakers??  Thanks

I've got the same on the back of my Alpines in the Maxima...which will soon be replaced by Infinity References...like in the front doors.  The Infinity's are just WAY better!
