Cooler swingback seat for 215

Has anyone ever installed a cooler seat in a 215 explorer? I was thinking of adding one to the boat for my kids. Any thoughts?

I saw one a while back on Craig's List or Boat Trader. I looked for it but no luck.

Cockpit space comes at a premium in the 21 footer.
What's your thought on mounting location?

Dead center between the fish boxes. I agree with the space but I did all I could to talk my wife out of a SeaRay 215 express cruiser so I could keep my fishing capablities. Mounting space was going to be the next question? Is that a safe spot? I thru out the bean bag idea but she still isnt convinced. She is new to boating and this is my 8th boat I have owned.
