First off. I am a newbie and this site is great. I am in the northeast where the season is short. Any other Xscapes up here?
I have been working on this for a few years and plan to paint it this winter. Does anyone know the original colors of the boat. I seen the brochure and can see how much darker it is compare to my faded gelcoat. I need to do paint because it had storm damage and needed a lot of glass work. I plan to use interlux brightside. What is close to the original in there line? I have a ton of questions but will work with one at a time.
I have original badges (broken) that I will recast at work and if others need some I can after the first set is done.

1. Welcome aboard Glennb.
2. Not a lot of Xscape members posting here but the model comes up now and again. Searching old posts will dig up bits and pieces. Here's something.

3. Good luck and as always, your post is worthless without pics.

Here are a few pics.
These pics were a few years ago and since the bottom has been stripped of gelcoat. What a fun project that was.

Stripped of Gelcoat or bottom paint?
Welcome aboard :!: :!:
Comparing this boat to the one in the link Bob provided - these boats are totally different
Maybe AS was trying different designs to "xscape" from the center console mentality?

The bottom was badly blistered so I stripped the gelcoat. I thought I was going to just fix the blisters first but the bottom was covered so after talking to a friend who works on sailboats the best course was to strip in and refair it.
