Fish box doors are cracking on my 2003 215. What to do? I was thinking of 1/4 aluminum diamond plate bolted on the inside.Any ideas? thankyou.

While that would certainly work, you may want to consider Prisma Beams, which will stiffen up the hatches very nicely, with no bolt heads on the top side of the hatches...

You also may want to try putting a layer of Mat glass on the inside of the doors.  I did that to the lids on my stern-mount wells because they were flimsy- I can stand on them now. Are the cracks visible from the outside?

I helped a friend redo his hatches, tank covers, etc. on a 24 Grady several years ago.  We just cut 1/2" plywood the size of the hatch but small enough to not interfere with the hatches closing.  Glued the plywood to the underside of the covers with thickened resin, then just painted the plywood with several coats of resin for waterproofing.  Holding good so far.
