My 2000 200 Osprey wiring looks like someones monkey was in the console, and then they mounted two batteries in front of it all. When I need to check anything, pull battries and run battery cables. good luck doc.

Going out there right now to start the dismantling process...

So the real truth comes out, once I cut about 8 zillion tie-wraps...

Now that I know what I'm up against, well, I'll post my progress...

Man what a mess. Bob I can tell you where a eng. So was I for a defence contracter. Can't stand seeing wring that puts a birds nest to shame. Spent to many years looking at good wiring jobs. Tech's use to show me all their tricks when I first went to work there. Now a days I do all my own wiring. which drives the boat dealers around me nuts.

Bonz,
From a structural standpoint, i.e. cockpit sole, console install, hardware, T-Top/upper station, transom, she feels very solid, no complaints.  But they should take the guy they had wire the boat out back and shoot him!!!

Bonz,
From what I can see, hatches, etc., are cored with Nidacore.  The structural aspects of the boat are excellent!  It's the wire rats who should be shot...

If you want any more pics, let me know...

Bob
Westinghouse  which became Northrop Grumman 1966 - 2004 when I retired.  F16, AWAC’s, Longbow Apache, Loner TV camera that went to the moon and so may that I can’t talk about. Worked on everything from a mini sub to Satellites. So you could say from the Ocean to space. Loved working  on things that would be used in all different environments. I also see your favorite tool is the same as mine. When starting to work on the wiring of a boat.bwahahahaha :D
