There is Marine trading post in North Ft Myers and Marine surpluse down town ft myers. Neither one is real close to Boca Grande though your almost better going to sarasota

Looking at using "Interlux" paint to paint our boat. Can anyone help with their experience or what they've heard of this paint?

I've seen one and two part paints and don't know the benefits/problems with using the different methods. The boat sits in the water for at most a week at a time. I'm new at this and welcome all help and opinions. I will be applying the paint myself and want for it to be relatively easy to apply and hold up/look GOOD.

I sprayed my boston whaler that I restored with Interlux Perfection, the 2 part poly. It was the first paint ive ever sprayed and it was beyond easy. And came out with a nice glossy finish. I had it in and out of the water for 4 months or so before I sold it, and it seemed to hold up well, even with me abusing it at the sandbar (throwing coolers around and whatnot). Heres an OK picture

Most paints are not for below the waterline if a boat is going to sit in the water. Only gelcoat and bottom paint are designed for that. I'm doing my boat with awlgrip as it will never sit in the water more than a day or so.
