Shift Cable and Shifter broken (where to buy)

So the shifter has a plastic piece on the bottom and it broke off when the cable seized. Does anyone know where I can get
a shifter for a 1998 Volvo Penta 5.7 GS in an 1998 Aquasport 215 Explorer?
