Update:
Finally got to run her today at the lake and  :D ,... she ran like a champ.  That new hose barb did the trick. I ran the motor for about an 1 1/2 hours at various speeds without a hiccup. So needless to say Im Stoked. 8)

Heres the Culprit


That ball was completely jammed.

Glad you got it going.  This was all it took to restrict my motor to 3200 rpm.  No clue where the red plastic sliver came from unless it was a gas can.  Now every drop of gas goes thru a Mr. Funnel.  The funnel keeps all trash and water out.  They make them in several capacities but this one has enough capacity for my boat.

I've got one of these things and they work quite well.
I filtered all the fuel I removed from both the WAC and the CCP and burned it with no problem in both my sons motorcycles and truck.
Even put 5 gals. in my wife's Trans Am. Highly recommended. :thumright:
