1984 170.

Just picked up a 1984 170 with a 115hp Johnson, everything seems to work great and no major problems, had it out for about 4 hrs. Need to clean it up and some small things, like grease the bearings on the trailer axles. Just wondering is there anything I should watch out for, common problems?

The 170 owners outnumber all the others put together on this site it seems.
So you've seen just how nice these little boats are and how easy they are to handle.  Great boats for inshore/ near shore fun.
Like any other boat, check the transom for weakness and the sole for soft spots. Other than that, have fun.
