215 Explorer any one else????

Have a 98. 215 Explorer. Read alot of posts on this site  it's great alot of info. But I seem to be the only one with this boat was it not a popular model that year? Anyone else have this boat?  Thanks

OOPS!!!  Maybe, because the 215 was the same boat as the Wellcraft 210 Coastal has scared people away.  But she's a great boat!  I know we sold a ton of them for many years.

What are you looking to do with her?

1st question what was wrong with the 210 coastal?
2nd Im not really doin much to her the boat is in MINT condition but I'm kickin around a bow pulpit a hard top and a couple other ideas  picked up the boat in the fall used her 3 times hurt my leg and was out of commission for 6 weeks had to winterize and wrap just passin time till spring. Lookin to see if anyone else had some pics and ideas for some customizing :good spots for rod racks storage in the cabin bow pulpits etc.

Nothing wrong with the 210 Coastal.  But sometimes people take a dim view of Wellcraft, don't ask me why...

I know we did things back that were better than what Proline does today!

Don't know why some people have a problem with wellcraft. I was lookin for a v20 for a while  real nice boats but tough to find in good shape and in good shape they want top dollar for at least in new York area. my aquasport worked out better anyway fits for fishing and family. Still lookin for someone else with a 215 explorer anybody? Anybody?

I have a 210.
Close enough

Listed as a 210 Explorer in 92, it is a 91 model and..
It's badged as a 210 Walkaround.

It is not the clone of the 210 Coastal but rather a transition craft between the older XFs (Express Fisherman) and the newer Explorer models.

There is at least one (and I believe more) members with the 215 EX model apart from yourself.

I have a 2000 215 aqausport explorer. Love my boat go every where with it, any questions would love to swap info with you.

If you've tried the instructions that are posted in many places and you're still having problems posting the pix, try posting just a link to your pics using the URL button as you post.

Are you using a photo hosting site like photobucket (can't use this site to host the pics because it's broken)? Are you sizing the pics to 640Wx480H and then saving them over the originals so the originals are changed?  If you're doing this, then copying the IMG code and pasting it into your post should not cause anymore of a timeout than if you're posting without the code.
