what do you tow yor AS with?

over on the F-150 forum theres a towing section "what do you tow with you F-150?" and i think this kinda goes with "how far have you traveled" thread seeing how the subject of tow vehicles came up  :roll:  lol

so what do you tow your Aquasport with??? :bounce:

i tow mine with a '95 F150 with 9" of lift, 35" mudders, swapped in 351.


heres our Sea Ray that i rarely tow. too much weight for the truck. thats what my dads truck is for lol

nice ram. got a hemi or cummins? whenever my new 351 dies i want to do a 12V cummins swap. love them 5.9's bullet proof motor 8)

I pull mine with my 2002 F-250 Super Duty 4x4 supercab with a 7.3 Powerstroke diesel.  The truck has a 3" lift and rides on 325 70R 17 (35') Toyo AT tires.   I don't even know the boat is back there.  In fact I have to be careful cause it is easy to forget I'm towing a boat!

No Mudboggin', Luke Skywalker Hi-jackin', Super Duty Power Strokin', Monster Truckin' tow vehicle for me.

Just a bone stock 2003 Chevy pickup with an Isuzu motor.

When I go fishing locally, I use my 94' F150 300 Straight Six 4.9 (bone stock)




Anytime I leave town, my primary fishing buddy/roommate is more than happy to tow something other than his utility trailer.  09' Chevy 2500 Duramax/Allison.  Wimpy Stock :)

Cummins.  I like that it gives me 15mpg fully loaded with the boat in tow.  Overall average mpg = 18.  Highway running bob-tail 20 mpg.  Plus I help out hauling bigger trailers as long as they have brakes.  Gotta have a Cummins if you're really going to pull a load.
