Eveyone loves fresh blues, but if you hear some chat about "too fishy", here's the cure.....

Soak fresh fillets in Sun Drop, Mountain Dew, or 7 Up. Sun Drop preferably, hard to find, but try. let stand 20 minutes.

Add pepper to House Autry or equivalent seafood breader, place fillets in breader, shake, shake excess.

Place in peanut oil at 365, fry, drain, serve.
