Ok guys here is the progress, the middle set of bulkheads are finished. It took quite some time with the prep but in the long run it was well worth it. Here is what was done in this order...
(1) 1 1/2 oz mat wrapped around entire bulkhead
(1) 4" 1708 tabbing around edge of bulkhead
(1) 8" 1708 tabbing around edge of bulkhead
(2) 1708 layers wrapped around entire bulkhead to tie everything together and make it look clean
Next step will be cutting the mat and 1708 for the left and right smaller bulkheads. Obviously from the pictures you can see that the tabbing has already been cut. I should have these cut tomorrow(thursday) and by sunday will have more pics of final result.

The entire structural sub floor is now complete. If you look at the pictures and see different colorations in the material it is a difference in polyester resin that I've been dealing with. The 5 gallon pails that I buy are provided by the same distributor but there is a clear difference in quality. Though the same price, I have run into a few pails that are a very dark color, almost like a blue/green color. This particular batch reacts very different, actually violent, even with 6cc per quart of MEK the pot life is only about 30 min, starts to "clot" up quickly, and when dried has a hazy look. When I questioned other companies why, they said this is a lower grade "bottom of the barrel" material, quality is not the best. So, now I know to stay away from this type and actually look at the resin before I purchase more. The quality stuff is almost a clear/tan tint, it reacts great, much longer pot life and seems to be better overall. Just a little note for anyone getting ready to purchase material, pull the tab up and look at the color of the material through the clear tube.
Anyhow, hope everyone likes the progress. Next will be the PVC plumbing and drains from compartment to compartment.
