I have been working on the boat every weekend since the beginning of April! Another case of a big job becoming a huge job! But the results are worth the work! I feel like I have a new boat!
With the new transom and repainted inside and out.
I launched into the Delaware River for a test run last evening and the boat ran great!
I even hit a new top speed for the boat, 44mph.
There are a few minor bugs to work out such as the switch for the trim tabs is acting up and the throttle cable is too stiff, but I'll fix them this week and put the boat into its slip down the shore this weekend. It's been a long time since I have eaten any fresh fish!
