Welcome aboard! And I thought I got a great deal! Now I'm glad I haven't updated the 19-6 registry yet. Post your HIN# and I'll ad you to it! Also what motor came with this?

when the last owner did a transom rebuild, some of the letters and numbers were covered up. So i will have to try and find them out and will post them later for the 19'6" registry.

Doesn't look all that bad - a little cleaning and some new non-skid will make a huge difference. :thumleft:
Do you still have your 240?

Seems like you can't go wrong for $100 - it still has the original green rubrail...

Well I power washed the boat today uncovered things that I wanted to see and some I didn't,rear deck behind seat/cooler is soft bad installation of inspection plate.all the hatches need to be re-cored,no problem ,strip the bottom paint pieces of glass coming lose, but for the age it's not in that bad of shape (I hope I don't kick myself for saying that). The boat was use at a boat rental place, I think to go and get broken down boats. I don't know how much work will be done in the next couple of weeks gotta get ready for fall bassing chasing bunker pods oh ya!!!!!. but when I start to deconstruct I'll post.    slvrlng  I'll get whats left of the HIN# and get it to you.

Got some stuff done after work removed console and seat and opened up the fuel tank lid , tank doesn't look to bad from the top but will have to getter out and see, gettting the tanks out of the 240 was a breeze remove back deck and their they were no foam just sitting there, replaced with two new 45 gallon tanks, anybody have an idea what size this tank is.

Here is the 240 , since this picture I've replaced the seat with a home made leaning post , I'll try to get a picture of it and flush mounted the eletronics in the eletronics box and a complete rewire job. This one I got for $2000 with 318 fresh water cooled engine and had to replace the 2 45gal fuel tanks $900.

Tank should be 50gals.  Getting the tank out is tricky-  you'll probably have to dig out a lot of that foam and pry it up.  I luckily had a forklift and lifting straps available.

Badonquasport196 you think the tanks that big that would be great, I stuck a 6' bar in there the tank moved but not a whole lot. just the front half is foamed in .The tank will have to wait until we get rid of these couple of Nor'Easters that are going to hit us this weekend ya know street flooding.beach erosion, and maybe some good surf fishing for the striped ones

The tank looks stock and a stock tank for our boats are 50 gallons they are great unless you're paying the fuel bill  :D
