Okay, okay. So guys I made the drive to Keaton beach to look at the boat that slvring found on CL, a 1975 19-6.  The boat had been stored in a garage for the first 25yrs of its life, and let me tell you it showed.  Everything except the engine is original, shiny  and near perfect condition   (Steering wheel, filp-flop cooler, Upholstery, Bimini Top, Rust free trailer etc). Needless to say I couldn't believe my eyes.  As Lewis says, "This thing is a Time Capsule."

So after 2 long years of searching for the right 19-6 to come along, I finally found her on Sunday (11/1/09).  I can officially say Im the proud owner of an original 1975 Aquasport 19-6,  also known as the Time Capsule.

Skoot,
as I always say,
This post is worthless without pics.

It sounds like a "True Classic" that needs documenting for those who like to restore their craft to OEM.
Congrats! And show us the Aqua porn  :thumright:

Congrats Skoot!!

Thanks to some phone calls from Slvrlng, I was "in the know" about this particular boat.  I was waiting to hear that you bought this boat, now lets see some pics!!

Good things come to those who wait, and it seems that you have finally found the "perfect" 19-6.  :thumleft:
