In the next set of pictures she should be upright!, that seemed to be the biggest step for me. Everything went quickly then.
Hope things are getting a little better

thanks guys, still not quite set in but...

how many people it take to flip yours matt? im thinking 8 people can handle it. lift it, pull the trailer out, set it down, flip, then lift back onto the trailer. this thing cant weigh but 1200# or so...

My buddies dad has a palm tree farm so we used 2 big wide tree straps on a big front end loader, it made it real easy with two people spinning the boat over as it hung above the trailer. If your doing the man power method 8 people will do it though,  it will be easy and gentle roll. Lay a bunch of old blankets and or pillows on the ground to sit the gunnel onto.  It took 6 of us to flip mine upside down and then to lift it on the trailer before I did the bottom work. Two extra people will really make for easy lifting.
Good luck with the roll over

The straps where really wide and padded and did not mark the fresh paint at all.  With wide straps you could wrap them with carpet. Your right though people power is probably the safest and most gently way. You don't want to scuff that pretty paint

Looks like you sprayed  Awlgrip on your bottom as well..I was going to do that too, but I was told that Awlgrip was not recomended for the bottom , that it should be gelcoat...so many opinions...

Just gelcoated mine today..Good Luck....

gelcoat will give you more abrasion protection, but you cant gel over epoxy. this whole boat is done with epoxy. awlgrip is fine for a bottom as long as its not in the water for long periods.
but yeah there are so many different opinions and ways to do things, yoou just have to do what youre comfortable with or want i guess. ive sparingly worked with poly and gel, but especially on a rebuild its going to be epoxy and paint.
