Fiber Glass deck hardenning
« on: May 18, 2009, 03:48:20 PM »
I've got a 90's 19' Boston Whaler Guardian that I use as a work boat.  It's one of four different work boats.

The gel coat on the deck is almost entirely spider webbed.  In a few spots it appears that the deck is actually starting to hold water underneath the gelcoat.

I'm looking for a way to make this boat last.  I've read that many people herculine their boats.

Has anyone here done this?  Like I said this is a work boat so it gets the crap beat out of it regularly.  I'm surprised it's lasted this long.
