Hello all i just picked up my first boat a 1977 aquasport 170 with a 1999 merc 4 stroke 50. This boat was a project boat that my cousin was in the middle of rebuilding but picked up a bigger boat and now its my project. The boat needs some TLC iam not sure how much. I do know i need a new fuel tank and lines,a shifter and the front storage covers are very week. My cousin tells me he has most of the stuff I need so I will see. The other concern I have is if the motor is big enough. Iam sure I will have allot of questions in the next few weeks, months, years. by reading the post I have  in the last few days I know I will get a lot of answers. so once i get the boat in my hands i will give the boat a good look and see what i have ahead of me.

Welcome aboard joeLIS  :!:  :!:
You'll like the boat, without a doubt, after she's back in her prime.
