I just got my 1982 parts catalog For Johnson 140 seahorse off of  ebay . now that i have the catalog with all the parts in it  that I need , ANy one know where on line that i can give them the part numbers to a older motor to get the parts?

You could try here - I've ordered a few items from them with no problems.

Just Google OMC, Evinrude or Johnson and you'll get a boatload of places to buy parts.
A last resort is of course, a Dealer.

some of the prices on that site are outrageous $188 for a trim motor same one on ebay is $60 with free shipping best bet is to find the part there and then go to ebay or atleast shop around
