Is the dead rise and transom height of inboard 24 aquasport be the same as an enclosed outboard style transom?/And if the boat was ingood shape turn-key with minor things to be fixed and is an inboard what would be afair price ?

Yes, deadrise for I/O is the same as outboard and inboard. 240 was 20 degree.
