Want a live well below the deck

Anybody know where to get a live well for below the deck. Just wan a fiberglass box/compartment to put bait in and was trying to get around molding one myself. The boat is a 74 Aqua CC and for you guys that fish out of these older boats what do you do for a livewell? :)

Dont' know which model Aquasport you've got or what size, but it is hard to mount a baitwell below deck on many models. You'd be further ahead to mount it above deck or integrate it into a seat/leaning post. Or you could just use a portable one that comes ready to go:

Hope this helps - see ya on the water!

I know a few people that have them in the floor from the factory and they hate them.
I have one identical to the one in the link Capt. John posted. I use that for a portable well like taking bait to to go out on a friends boat or for keeping pinfish alive overnight. For my AQ I have a larger (27 gal. I think) round well from Bass Pro that has 3 lugs molded into the bottom for mounting brackets to the deck. They also sell a complete rigging kit with water inlet, drain, etc. Or you can get one of these completely rigged except for a pump.

What do you guys think about putting it below the seat in front of the console? I was going to cut in a hatch in the seat that I could just lift up to access the well because on my model the seat and back rest are one peice and that would be a lot to get into every time.

As the song says, "Splish-Spash, I was takin' a bath!" Baitwells toward the bow spash and move too much water around. You want it toward the stern. A seat/leaning post/baitwell is about as far forward as you want to go IMHO.

Yep. A forward baitwell will beat up the bait and give you a shower.
