I never tried to cook/eat sharks meat! Did any of you? Does it taste good? Can you help me on how to cook small shark meat?

I'm sure the different types of sharks can vary in taste.  I've kept and eaten blacktips before, and it is one of my favorites.  I heard you are supposed to bleed them as soon as you catch them, so that's what I do.  I steak 'em up - the meat is very firm, great texture, and delicious grilled with a homemade tropical barbecue sauce.

I've only done it twice and just kind of "winged it" both times with different results.

Some ketchup, a little vinegar, some molasses or honey, a little worcestershire, spices (garlic powder, onion powder, ground pepper) and some pineapple or mango juice, maybe even some chunks.  Maybe throw in some hot sauce or red pepper if you feel like a little heat.

Thanks guys for the pieces of advice! Yesterday morning, I got a small shark, with some other fish, to try it, and went out. When I returned home, I discovered that my wife give the shark to the security man down the building!

When I asked her about the reason, she claimed thinking that I brought it by mistake!!!!   :x

I may get another one, next week.

soaking shark meat in milk is a good way to neutralize any of the "overly fishy" taste typically found in it. after you soak it in milk, season with your favorites and its good to go.

Well, I'm currently in Egypt, where, unfortunately, you can rarely find sharks. Thanks anyway, and I'll keep it in mind till I find one. Have a great day!
