platform style bracket on 222

Is there a successful platform type motor bracket installation for 222?  I realize bracket flotation & weight distribution need to be considered.  Plan to power with 150 hp 4 stroke.

My bracket was fabbed in Fort Lauderdale around 1996. It was made by a small company called B-Bracket. It looks similar to the R-7 bracket shown on the AS at their site. The swim ladder resides under the port side, pulls out and folds down. Super easy boarding.
Plenty of room (I mounted a 17gal live bait well on starboard side) plus it came with a kicker mount.
IMHO it is the single best mod I did (aside from the Bennett Trim tabs) when I re-rigged my 84.

I've got a line on a flotation style, 70" wide, 30" setback welded aluminum, very reasonable.   We live on the water, work on the water, play on and in the water.  8) The boat should earn its keep.  Our canal is a parade of rich folk with Schaeffers, Andros, etc. etc. and to me they all basically look like Aquasport 222s.  I don't mind spending the money as long as it all works right. I've got to get the plan now in order to position new fuel tank, ad floor 'timber's etc.
