Pick up the boat today, and it is at the sandblasters.  Post some pictures soon!

It's going to be nice.  Nice solid boat, New gas tank and has a rare (I think) factory splashwell in the rear.  At least I have never seen one.  The only soft spots are in the coffin cover, which will be easy to fix.

I will post before pictures tonight.  Thank you all for your help!

I can't get them from snapfish to this site without cutting and pasting the individual clips, and then I'm worried people with have access to all my pictures

I know how to post from my disc or computer, but I don't have these on either, just snapfish.  I deleted them.

OK all, I still need that wiring channel cover if anyone has one.  Sand blasting complete (I'll never do that rough sanding again)  Best 450.00 for the whole boat, I've ever spent.  Call J.R. at Bayside Sandblasting in Clearwater if you need anything.

New Coupler, Jack, Tries and rims, and new carpet on the trailer, just need new fenders.

I'll try to post from here now.

Can't help you with the rigging channel cover but if you do run into a dead end on finding one, fabricating one shouldn't be too difficult.  1/2" ply for the core, saturated with resin then laminated with bi-axial on the top and mat on the bottom.

Your blaster looks to have done a good job for you.  Takes a practiced hand not to blow through the gelcoat.  Like spray-painting, bartending and haircuts, some things are best left to pros.

OK, I am going to get all my supplies:  Filler, foam for the tank, paper etc on Friday and I went to the fiberglass store to check some things out.  Tom at Fiberglass Coatings in St Pete helped me out and was great.  He got me very excited, and I think I am going to do the transom with the pourable transom like I have seen on here since I have everything off now.

Updated pictures will follow next week.
