-222 hulls are very sought after can be anywhere from 5-10 k depending on condition have seen some for sale for 7k needing full restore

The boat still has the original stringers, was repainted by a shop in Clearwater and had some minor cosmetic fiberglass work done to it in early 2000s. It also had the transom enclosed at some point I imagine before van wagoner did work on it. What are everyone's thoughts about the longevity of the original stringers and glasswork and a realistic value of this boat? I told seller Id be willing to offer something in the 35k range or less.
