New member needing some advice!

Been stalking this forum for sometime reading and looking waiting for my Aquasport to come along. I am looking at this boat and was wondering if some of you more knowledgeable could give this poor old guy your opinions. I would appreciate any and all feedback.

Well Fred,
It looks a little rough to me. The cabin ports are not right and there is glass work that needs done. Are you up for that?

The JohnnyRude is a "looper" and they were strong running engines that loved fuel. They also didn't like to sit so you would also need to run through the carbs, fuel lines, T stats and impeller for starters. Again, is this something you can do?

Lastly, it's hard to see the trailer but I'm guessing like everything else, it too will need work.

Says it's in the Tally area. If you're still interested, find out where and I'll take a look. You're about 2.5 hrs. west so it could save you some fuel.

Yes I can do all that but that is why I wanted a sanity check. LOL I kept looking at it and kept thinking hmmmmm, this doesn't look right or that doesn't look right and guess I was kinda right.

I do appreciate the offer of checking it out but I think I will just pass and wait for the one!
