Hello. I am looking for a folding cabin door and the bunk insert for a 1996 225 explorer. Thank you

I made the missing insert from 3/4" plywood. The challenge was finding a cushion to fit. Never did find one but found a chair cushion that works well enough. As for the door, what shape is the current door? Usually the bottom corner is broken from someone trying to pry it open. If you can make a template from the existing you can have a door made by a local plastic company.

Thank you for the information. My door is whole, but cracked where the hinge mounts to wall. I will have to check if there is a local plexiglass place. I am guessing the best way to handle the insert is to make a cardboard template and then transferring to wood. Sounds like a nice winter project!
