Bilge valve position instructions for 98 215 DC

Just bought a 1998 Aquasport 215 DC .  I need to know the proper operation for the hand operated valve in the bilge and exactly what it does.
Does anyone know about this valve?
The previous owner doesn’t know. Is there any literature out there that I can access?

Of course it's not used on your model as a sewer valve but rather a diverter for your raw water wash down and your live well. It lets you use one pump for both functions by "diverting" the water to the wash down or well.
I don't know offhand what position you need for each but trial and error would be a good way to find out when you have the hull in the water.
