That boat was definitely an inboard. I saw it at a little boat yard on Marina Bay in Clear Lake about six years ago. The hull and interior actually appeared to be in pretty good shape, with a few little things like a bad hinge on the console. At that time, it had heavy, after-market bow rails and matching T-top and leaning post, a full-length teak swim platform and trim tabs. The guy at the yard tried to sell it as perfect, but the trailer was not made for an inboard, and perhaps to accommodate this the bottom strut supporting the prop had been removed. And there was a broken motor mount. I think they were asking about 8000 for it, but I ended up getting a considerably rougher, but immediately usable, 1977 222 with a 140 Evinrude 2 stroke for 2500. Still have that one, but it needs a refit.
