We put four hatches in the floor on the sides. We insulated the two forward ones. For the stern ones, we also put divinycell foam in the bottom, but left trenches so they would drain. We did the same for the aft of the hull, putting bilge pumps in the trenches. These boats are so flat, they dont drain well. It takes a lot of water to trigger the automatic bilge pumps because of that. The hull looks kind of like irrigation ditches in a farmers field to get the water out.
