PM (private message)
« on: August 03, 2018, 10:57:54 PM »
Hello all, I have been trying to private message a seller for 2 days and the system keeps kicking me out. Says I have not entered the verification codes correctly, but I have painstakingly done over + over. Even cleared my cookies. Does anyone out there have experience with this issue on this site? Thx! Jeff

Did you erase the contents of the first box in the verification portion?  As Admin I don't see the verification requirement but I logged in on my test acct and went through it with no errors.

Rick, it did it to me again today. The 1st verification box I just type in what they ask, and the same way to the end of those questions. The very 1st box at the top that says "To:" (I believe), I type in the username. I tried erasing my cookies the other day when it happened and it still gave the same message. I started opening the site with Mozilla Firefox today, but can't remember if it has done it to me while using this browser (vs. Windows 10, which I hate!) Thx for trying to help me out with this. I am going to try and PM you right now while using Firefox. If it goes through, I will have the subject line as "1st try".
