Hi, everyone,
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to temporarily remove the rail around the outboard well on a 215DC? It seems the logical way to access the bilge pump and hoses located directly beneath the access panel in the well. It looks like the center post should just unscrew and then pull the whole assembly forward to remove the rear rails from the interior wall of the transom. I don't know if there is anything else holding those rails in the rear wall, and wanted to ask here before trying it and possible goobering something up.
