Definitely not a lost cause.  Just take it a step at a time.  Get some cradles built that support the hull without twist or hook in the bottom.  Then get your transom built.  Make sure it is symmetrical and maintains the original lines.

After your transom is installed, double check that nothing has shifted and your hull is square.  Then laminate in your stringers.  Finally, make sure that you get fair curves when you build your cap.

This skips lots of steps, but outlines the key things to consider when keeping your hull’s shape.  Would it have been easier to take the demolition in steps rebuilding as you go?  Yes.  Can you successfully complete this rebuild?  Yes.

X2 on that^     Just want to add that as long as the bottom is nice and straight you can play with the hullsides if you want. Doesnt have to be exactly how it left the factory shape and dimension wise. Adding a lil tumblehome in these hulls looks good!   Measure everything off the centerline and youll be fine
