Help me ID this hull
« on: May 14, 2018, 10:29:00 PM »
This was dumped in an industrial park where I work. The ID plate was removed. I think it's an old 222 aquasport, proline or seaway. I'm not that familiar with these hulls to tell the difference. Any insight is appreciated.

I am no expert but it sure looks like it is set up just like the '71 22-2 that Marcel4t just started rebuilding in his video. The casting deck especially. There is a video in the thread.

I agree it looks like an early Aquasport 22-2.  Is it Christmas already?

1971 22-2 it is then.  I'll need that best guess to start the salvage process.

I just completed rebuild of a 1968 13' whaler.  This would be WAY more involved, but it keeps out of the bars.

I'll spend some time on the forums looking at the rebuilds, and what I'm getting myself into, before pulling the trigger and getting a usable trailer for it...
