 sense I'm not going to put foam in between the side of the hull and the side of the liner do you thing i should put 2 inch stiffeners  on both the hull and liner

You've got a good chance to look things over with the liner out, but some kind of stiffeners are probably a good idea to prevent oil canning.

When you have flat surfaces.  You press on them and they flex like the bottom of an old time oil can.  If it can flex when you press on it, it will certainly flex as your boat travels over waves.
