Hi Joe, you might luck into something that is close at a surplus place but usually it's all custom made.

You might find something at Atlantic tower or something like that.  Otherwise your looking at custom made.  Sometimes you see a boat being parted out.  I can tell you the factory hardtop for the 225/245/250 is a sweet hardtop.  I did see one that had a tower on top added.
