I had a set on my 200XF.  My original engine was WAY under powered and they definitely helped get up on a plane.  When I repowered they still seemed to help. Much better than those dolfin things.  I had the optional upper mount that allowed you to manually retract them.  This helped with my trailer and if I didn't need them.  They also really helped with stern lift when I had my portable livewell at the stern of the boat.
