currently have a 196 hull, specifically 200 striper, does anyone have that hull with a 150hp on it  know what top speed they are getting,,,the boat has a 115 johnson on it know that does great , but i also have the 150 sitting around the shop, thinking of putting it on there , just wondered if the performance increase is worth it,,,,82 115hp rude,,88 150hp merc xr2?,,,,im around 35-37mph now? this answer could save me alot of extra work if there is very little gain, because fuel consumption will be greater,,,,,i use the boat almost exlcusively on freshwater lakes, never too rough for the boat , sometimes long runs from my house to where i fish

Depending on load and prop I would say give or take a couple of MPH, 50
