SeaPro sinks - USCG to the rescue!

27 foot SeaPro cracks down the keel and sinks.     Good thing they had an EPIRB and radio.  And KEEP YOUR PFD ON!  Waving it won't keep you from drowning.     These guys are very lucky.  Check out the crack in the hull in the video. 

I don't think I want a SeaPro - maybe we should start calling them SeaPOS

i never go outside of the sight of land without some kind of tracker.

i have a tracker and PLB in the flatback, the fountain will be getting a tracker, PLB, and EPIRB.... we have 2 EPIRBS on the contender 36 i run. when 40-80 miles out, we want to make sure we have redundancy. the boat also has 2 vhf's. when things go south, they can go south quick...

A floating handheld vhf is a good idea too
