2000 Osprey 22.5 Tournament Edition Front Fish Box Drain

I have a 2000 Osprey 22.5 Tournament Edition with the two insulated fish boxes/dry boxes in the front platform. I noticed that the drain has come loose in one box. Opening the pie hole in the box there is a plastic drain receptacle (?) that attaches to a hose that goes toward the rear. My question is twofold: where does this box drain? Is there a separate outlet or does it drain into the bilge? Second, the plastic/pvc drain sleeve that was secured inside the box and attached to the drain hose is broken and has come detached from the box wall. Any suggestions on replacing this sleeve?
