transducer location for 250 explorer '04 w/ single OB

Team,

I purchased a Garmin Echomap 74 dv for this boat -  Any thoughts on how to route the transducer wire in a clean way as the new transducer  w/ the 74 DV unit will be located near the drain plug area.     From what I've seen the suggestion is to mount it ~15 mins off the drain plug,  but trying to figure a good way to route the transducer wire.

Here is where I mounted my Lowrance transducers.  I ran the cables up into the trim tab pocket and into the hull thru a thu hull on the inside face of the tab pocket.  Then it was a straight shot up the rigging tube to the helm.

Here is a video of where I installed them.  Seems to be still working good and it never did hit the trailer bunk.  No longer an issue with my new trailer.

I have a 1999 Explorer 225 with the Garmin EchoMap Chirp 74dv.   So far, I have had no issues with the placement of the transducer and it works nice at all speeds.  I have taken it about 25 miles off shore in 3-4 and never skipped a beat.
