Still waffling a bit on grabbing instruments of destruction to make it 'work' for me....or leaving her unscathed.
I was in awe when I saw it and could not pass it up.....but that bubble got burst when it seemed not all that unusual to find one in this condition and with all the cool 1970's 'stuff'. I mean the green rub rail doesn't even look faded, let alone have a mark. Now that funky light pea soup floor color and upholstery....well, it'll have to grow on my wife. She made reference to baby $-*# green......
Yet I guess it comes down to ...it's a boat. Albeit a really cool old boat....meant to be appreciated....but meant to be used. I see a discrete bow lifting eye, likely through bolted stern lifting eyes, and a bow trolling motor mount in its future.
