Looks pretty sweet! I like that open look, might have to toss that idea around a bit.

Alright I'm back! Was in Europe for a bit and then we had a damn hurricane so I just recently was able to get some more work done. I have changed the design a bit since I was last on here as far as console placement etc. Originally I was going to go with a bow mounted console but now it will be on top of the rear deck, hard to explain but it will take shape here in the next month. Also scrapped the Cap as you will see the cap supports have been removed from the hull.

Got all the bulkheads, ribs glassed in. Glasses the front deck (2 layers 1708 each side ) Added two  more supports for the tank fore/aft and added foam matting to cushion the tank and allow for expansion. Also closed in the bilge area with a piece of h80. Tank will go in this week then I will use pre glasses panels for the deck and will finish building the back off of the main deck. Figured it would be a bit easier having a nice clean surface to build off of.

Don't mind the piece on the back. Just used to shade the epoxy from the sun in the mornings!

Ran the router around the rails with a round over bit and then glassed them with some 1708 with overlapping seems every 4 ft or so.

Glued/glasses some divinycell feet for the front deck

Also dry fitting some foam for insulation for the fish box

Decided to add in a tank support sort of like a coffin I guess you would call it. 1/2 h80 with 2layers 1708. Also closed in the bulkheads to keep the tank area nice and dry!

Then I glassed in 2 pieces of some sort of material I got from intrepid. Not sure what it is all I know is it's some sort of pvc base. Holds a screw very nicely so that's what the bildge pumps will mount to. Also can see the pieces of pvc I added for the drains! Big ole 3in

One day I might try to ship one over here. I found a 200 here, but it was under powered and a bit to new for my taste.
I like the older style inner liner better.

Mounted some schedule 40 fittings, ones on the right will run the sending wire and ground back to the console. One on the left is for the fuel line. Ran a 45' on there to keep water from getting to the tank area.

Glued down the insulation up front and weighted it down to keep shape with sandbags.

Foamed in underneath the tank support as well glued some neoprene with 5200 for the tank

Tank will go in over the weekend then finally the main deck can go on.
