Has it hardened enough to know if the new glass on the inside locked the damaged hull in the shape you wanted?  Slick approach anyway.

I think it would hold it now, but im gona wait til the stringers are in to take the straps off. Pretty sure a bulkhead will be there too... Kinda stabilizes the boat when im walking up in the bow too.

Wind, wind, go away - great to work, play and lounge in but not good for spraying.  I'm getting some chores and big trees trimmed and such while I'm waiting....

Dirt, good looking job with the glass .....I'm following the same basic procedure with my rebuild except I'm using plywood for the core.....question, how many layers of glass did you use on the inside skin.....would you use the same layup for plywood?

Stringer forms set and got a layer in there, effectively tabbing the inside. Need to run rigging tubes in em and drill n sleeve some limber holes and fuel hose pass-thrus before the foam pour. They'll be about 7" wide w/ glass...    O and the hull got a 50" wide layer overlapped in the keel, and a 12" in the chines.

Nice job Chris - looks like that is the way to do stringers.  :thumleft:  Weather has been nice for working under a tarp.

Yup. Full width front fuel tank bulkhead. Moving tank forward 2' and adding a foot in length. ~90 gallons

Actuallyyy.. haha

Yea he wants the range for crossings. Figuring about a 250 mile range. Theyre perfect boats when ya get over there. Wouldn't wanna cross in a flatback unless it was a lake but...
