Yea, not that stoked on the gutter design, theyre "double stepped" which puts them lower (deeper) but thats how L&H does em so i had to adapt. Should drain alright compared to some of the crap i see out there...

Finally got this sucker glued down!

With this narrow 30" console, thrubolting ttop/tower wont be an option cuz of the stringers. So i made these "G10" tiles. 16 layers of 1708 pressed with a bunch of weight. Just a snatch under 1/2" thick. They will get drilled and tapped for machine screws. PVC board to take up the other half inch...

Nice work Chris.  That's a lot of hatches!
Man that console seems like it's 5 feet tall - maybe it's an illusion?

I think its like 48". Its only 30" wide so it looks like a sequoia...   Ttop legs will make it look wider. And hopefully take away from the unfairness of it

Almost ready for a fair-a-thon!

Ran 1708 from rubrail down with 6" tab onto floor, then the second layer went from centerline of floor with a 6" tab up the hullside.

I'm fascinated by your scupper troughs.  They look really clean.  What's going on below deck to clear the water?

Nothing yet!   Still deciding which way to go. Either oval tubes like you did or just standard pipes glassed in, either way going out the transom...  Lke you said, be nice to have the ability to plug em...

Lots of fairing ahead :-(   What's the red thing? Are you making covers?

I think I'm beginning to understand.  Your hatch drains lead into the slots that you've formed in your sole.  Your sole will drain into the same slots.  Then you will run tubes out the transom to drain everything.  Am I correct?  It looks like a great setup.

Yep, glass clamshells faired into the hull...

Wellll that was the original plan (to bring hatch drains and scuppers into one common area then drain). But the way these hatch frames are (so deep and double stepped) that wasnt really an option. So i brought them back under (had to notch the stringers to get the middle hatches out to meet the outside hatches). I will end up bringing them out a thruhull on each side of the hull. The thruhulls will be plenty above the waterline...

Inside and outside hatches meeting to single point
