1987 170 Osprey rebuild, looking for input

i need help starting a transom repair for a 1984 osprey 170   need some guidance as how to proceed

Are you leaning towards pouring a transom, using ply or composite?

I will be happy to help you as much as I can. I'm not a professional, but having the guys in this forum as support has been a great help during my restoration.
Don't hesitate to ask questions. I will share what I have learned.

I'm getting really close to launching my boat. I can't wait... Hopefully Friday or Saturday this week.
