Finally got the wood replaced under the coffin cover. (sorry I didn't take any pics)
came out pretty darn good. Took out the old wood, wasn't to hard to do.
Did a little sanding, mixed resin and hardner, laid down some cloth mat.
mixed more resin and hardner after the first one dried. Had to do a little
cutting on the 1/2" sheet of plywood to get it to fit right, everthing came out fine.
covered the plywood with resin, laid resin down in the fuel cover, then put in the plywood
put some cbs blocks on the ply wood. after it dried mixed more resin and hardner, put
more mat down after it hardened a little trimming of the mat and it was installed.
what a difference that made. now it doesn't flex when I step on it.
