It's a roller bunk trailer, could be anybodies. Why do you want to know? Need parts replacements? Go to etrailer or trailerpartssuperstore. I would assume there's no ID placard up by the tongue, port side...

More likely Sea Lion, I believe they are a Jersey builder...

Frame style and roller arms look just like those on my trailer (for a 170), which is a Shoreline trailer. (Evidently, Shoreline shut down in the late '80s or early '90s.) I've slowly been rebuilding my trailer and haven't worried about matching parts from the same manufacturer. As long as you've got the dimensions measured correctly, and the materials you're using can sustain the same loads as the parts you're replacing, you should be fine.
Example: I took off the rusting galvanized crossbeams and replaced them with aluminum ones. I used the same hanging brackets to attach the new crossbeams to the frame, but I first coated the brackets with a rust preventer and then applied metal paint. Also moved from roller arms to bunks (doubled 2 X 8s capped with a plastic 1 x 4). I'm one month into using the new set up and so far so good.

This may seem obvious, but do you have a title/bill of sale/VIN? Any of those must list the manufacturer.

Well, I was buying the boat on the trailer. Long story short, it's a load rite, and I am the proud new owner of a 76 22-2. Will be calling load rite tomorrow for capacity specs. :pirat:

Lucky.... Mine said YachtClub on the side of the tube, yet no VIN, no builders plate, and, luckily enough is was sold as "home built" and now it has a title....
Every state is different on the trailer registration laws...

D burr, yea the guy I bought from had the title. Lotta work ahead with the 22, as I see a patch on the bottom of the hull. In the fuel tank area. But got lucky as the floor has no soft spots.
