switches for 98 21.5 dual console?

Our helm switches have no labels and some don't work. Does anyone have a diagram that can tell us what they're for? no such thing as an owner's manual...

The owners manual is generic but they did have one.  This is a 96-97 manual but should help a little bit.

There is a chart with wire colors in the manual which should help you id the switch function.
